    要点：不用在金针菇的碗里加水，因为蒸的时候它自己会出水的。

    Step 1

    把金针菇去根部，冲洗沥干水份，整齐的排于盘中。Trim away about 1-inch of the enokitake root section, wash and arrange on plate.

    Step 2

    红辣椒去籽，剁烂和菜脯碎拌匀，铺上金针菇上，入锅蒸5分钟。取出，淋上调味料即可。Chopped chilli and mix with chopped pickled radish, pour on top of enokitake, steam into steamer for 5 minutes. Remove from steamer, Slowly pour the sauce over the enoki mushrooms, and serve.
